Joe is the owner of JT Outdoor Products and he joins me today to share how his passion to solve a problem with one great idea has lead him to create a successful business that is making huge waves in the fishing industry. We talk about the famous “hot box” and how that one great idea turned into Joe growing his company from the ground up to now producing industry leading open water and ice fishing rods. JT also has four brand new open water rods just released this spring and we talk about how Technique Specific rods are necessary to help put more fish in the boat when fishing a certain type of bite.
