Locating Unpredictable Fish with Joe Testa | EP. 37

I fished Lake Leelanau over the past five years and never ran into my guest on this weeks podcast episode.  Joe Testa, owner and founder of Freshwater Therapy, guides on Lake Leelanau all year round.  Fishing the south end most of the time, I knew every “regular” vessel out on the water.  It took a simple mistake of myself typing in my podcast name incorrectly on Instagram to have his guiding business name pop up ” Freshwater Therapy” for me to find out who Joe was and where he liked to wet a line.  During this podcast interview, Joe and I shoot the breeze about common tactics we use to chase finicky walleye throughout different times of the year on our shared body of water, Lake Leelanau.  After listening back to our conversation on this episode, I thought to myself how much my audience can learn from our simple B.S. session on how we attacked the walleye on his body of water using different techniques.  During the podcast Joe also shares on how he guides over on Lake George in New York as well and how he goes after deep water small mouth bass.  Enjoy the episode.  Cheers!
